Wheel balancing

What is everyone using to balance their aftermarket wheels and tires?

Normal inside/outside weights, stick-ons, dyna-beads or what?

Re: Wheel balancing

stick ons work great on my wheels even going off road everyday and washing 1 or 2 times a week.

Re: Wheel balancing

Stick-on style inside the rim. I think I might have lost a weight off one rim, but its time for one of my free balance and rotation's so it doesn't bother me at all.

Re: Wheel balancing

i went stick on. on the inside of the rim. just clean the contact spot with brake clean or cleaning agent so it will stay.

Stick-ons on the back side and NuMag in the tire.

Re: Wheel balancing

I use stickons with the machine on static. Its makes it where you only put weight in the center on the wheel not inner and outer. But with my 37s, I gave up when it said more than 3 oz. and decided to just run them unbalanced.

Re: Wheel balancing

I was thinking about centramatics because my tires just don't seem to want to balance. I don't know anything about them though.

I did try some dynabeads on my last set of tires. Never again will I do that. They never seemed to want to balance with any kind of consistancy and vibrated a lot.
