Power Outlet not working

My stereo was ripped off and the dash was messed up. I am trying figure out the wiring for the power outlet. The plug has a single black wire coming out of it, and it doesn't work. There is another brown wire in the loom that seems like it should connect, but there is no place for it. The other four wires go into a plug that powers the stereo.
Any ideas about the brown wire? Is it a stereo wire or a power outlet wire? If it goes to the PO, where does it connect?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Re: Power Outlet not working

Checked fuses. This seems to be a wiring issue. If no one has an answer, when I put in the F650 dash, I'll check the cig lighter. It should be the same wiring set up. I was just hoping someone had messed with their power socket and knew the wiring.

It needs two wires, one for power and one for ground.
