Re: Parts list

Bumper, upper (plastic) bumper cover, upper bumper cover filler thing..., bumper brackets that bolt the bumper to the frame horns, and the braces that go from the corners to the center brackets. Maybe some miscellaneous bolts depending on your own stock of them.

Header panel (plastic panel that bolts to your front fenders/core support and basically IS the difference between early and 05 and later. Grille, Headlamps, and wiring harness (Recommend GOS racing).

Or you can just buy the kit from I believe Powerstroke Shop for something around 1300 dollars.

It isn't that bad. If you've never done it before it's about 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your experience with how the front of the truck goes together.

Re: Parts list

Just go to powerstrokeshop.com They have the best price on the kit. It includes everything you need. The other source is just the front bumpre and grill which are direct bolt on without the headlights and the need for the new header. Somone on TDS was adverstizing them for like 500. Bumper and grille

Hey Chuck............I think all he want's to do is just put the grill on.
But I have to agree, the powerstroke shop kit is fantabulous for an '05 conversion
