Re: S471

The 1.1 that it comes with. That turbine wheel is a bit small to try and run a tighter housing.

Re: S471

Will my oil drain and feed lines off the H2E transfer over ?

And how would I mount my intercooler pipe to the comp housing ? Looks like it has a flange on this one

Re: S471

I would swap over to a -6 line now, that S471 should have a 1/4" NPT hole for the oil there. At least everyone I've ever used did.

Also, you need to get a 3" Vband and O ring. Weld that on your H2E pipe. Mock it up first with the bottom boot NOT clamped down and then mark the tube and Vband with a Sharpie. Take it over to the welder and tack it together. Reinstall with bottom boot and Vband clamp at the turbo and make sure it's tits. It won't be a straight weld on... it will have to be angled and turned just alittle being that the H2E pipe leaves a little to be desired as it is. You may even have to cut the tube near the top and use a boot/strap to hold it together or make your own extension of the piping.

Anyway once that's done... finish welding it and you are done. Weld in short beads to avoid warpage.
