Question What can I expect? Help.

Hey guys, I'll soon be starting on my single cab pretty soon. Right now I'm mostly consentrating on the looks of the truck, seeing that it looks like a stock work truck right now lol

But late on I plan on taking my TS chip to PHP and having them reburn the chip with the tunes I want. I definately want the 140 tune. I was also planning on a CFM Intake manifold, Intake, and the wicked wheel for the turbo. I already have a 4in single stack exhaust system (with downpipe) on the way. What I'm asking is, What numbers should I be expecting with these parts?

Another thing I would like to ask is what else can I add performance wise since I'm on a budget?
This is a project that me and my friend SparkZ03DMAX (guy with a Duramax ) was going to be working on.

2001- Ford F250 7.3 Powerstroke Single Cab 2wd.
All Stock BUT with TS 6 position chip.
Rims and 05' Front End on the way!!
Way more to come!!

Re: What can I expect? Help.

That's actually exactly what it'll make I think. I had the exact same stuff on mine almost. I did an aih delete and had a turbo master wastegate. 280 is exactly what I dyno'd at.

I would say save the money on the intake, do an aih delete, and get a TM wastegate.

Don't waist your cash on the cfm intake. It will not do anything much for power.Start with good tunes and intake.Afe stg2 or Ford AIS are good.WW wheel may cure surge but won't do anything for power.Save your money for good injectors and turbo and spend time on here "researching".

Re: What can I expect? Help.

You need egt, boost, & trans temp gauges if you're going to chip it.
They should come first so you know what's going on under the hood.
Good luck.

Re: What can I expect? Help.

Performance and budget do not go together when modding a 7.3.

Being that it's a single cab a 300-330 hp build would be a real fun ride.

Intake, exhaust, stage 2's and tunes would be a nice little rig.

Throw on a water kit to keep her cool and your good to go
