Rebuild- I only want to do this once-goodies?

My motor is getting rebuilt. I stripped it down before taking it in. I think it broke a ring but will find out. I tow 12k trailer and lots of smaller stuff. I want a truck that is good for towing and more fun than I had from what my sig. shows.

While I am here, this is my list but I am unsure on injectors and new tunes so that is where I think I need help but feel free to advise anywhere.

Trans will come later
Usual stuff like Glow plugs and water pump- 203* Thermo.
Bellowed up-pipes
New HX oil crossover
GTP38R???
Stage I injectors???
New tunes to match up with turbo and injec.?????
Adrenaline and IPR

What else since I am here and advise on ??? please.
Thanks,

Re: Rebuild- I only want to do this once-goodies?

I'd forget the 203 stat and go with a set of stage twos a 38r and have beans tune it, new stealth or adrenaline pump an prolly a reg return with a walbro pump.

I wonder what my sig and avatar will get changed to now!!

I took the HPX off mine recently. I did not notice any improvement with it. I would do the reg return with the injectors.

Just my .02 but I'd say the money spent on the bellowed up pipes could be better spent elsewhere unless yours are badly worn otherwise damaged.... I have 311,000 miles on my original pipes and had one leak just starting.... I replaced that donut and all is well again. I personally am not sold on the durability of bellows.... If they do fail it is a royal PITA to change em out.

Not to start a huge blowup as I know there will be plenty of opinions on this but just offering my thoughts on it.

I have a reg return already. Is aWalbro a new fuel pump? Why don't you like the 203*

I had a HX on it but to be honest, did not notice a diff. Mine is the first gen though so I thought a new stouter one would be in order. I do have a reg return. I still have everything in my sig to go back on.

I could just replace the donuts but like I said, I don't want to come back to them and the bellowed seem like the one time fix from what I have read.

Re: Rebuild- I only want to do this once-goodies?

I'd do the bellowed up pipes and I just don't see the point in spending the money on a 203 thermo seems like a waste to me. The walbro is a bigger than stock pump

I wonder what my sig and avatar will get changed to now!!
