Question ts chip

i bought a brand new ts 6 position chip when i got the chip i did what directions said to do but my computer or the chip wont let it work only if you turn the knob to every setting then it might let the wait to start light and fuel pump come on the connections are tight and clean the truck was used when i got and it already had some kind of chip plugged into the ecm i heard if the connections being to clean but the connection is to tight to not be touching completely

Did you re clean the PCM board? Is it the right coded chip?

Where did you get your chip? Sounds like the wrong code to me. Your more than welcome to call our tech dept and they will help you with this
