Low MPG's

I owen a 2002 F350 Lariat CrewCab since new and have never gotten better than 12 mpg. What could be wrong with my truck?

check all filters if you have a friend or own a scan tool with the ford enhanced you can check your baro against the map and they should be pretty close to each other.tires driving habits all play a role in fuel economy.

hows miles on truck and what is it used for lifted or not type of tires etc etc

I also have a 2002 cclb f350. I get about 14.5 in the 125hp tune. and 9.25 towing 13K. I have a new economy tune that will be here from bill at PHP. He says it should get about 17-19mpg. I will tell you on thursday night.

2002 F350 DRW, 38r Turbo, Terminator T500, REG return fuel system, CTS Evo Custom tuned by Bill at Powerhungry Performance, bts converter, S&B intake, Snows Stage 3 Water/Meth. Mcculloch hids 6k.

look for boost leaks ..ie soot on the firewall.
assume all the basic maitenance is done reg...ie air filter, fuel filter etc..

also if your tires are huge computer uncorrected, and you have a chip
the overhead meter is usless....actually if your running say 37's and no correction you will have to add some more math to even hand calculate .

Early 99 f350 4x4 crew cab, auto. pmt2 pcm
2001 cup holder ,T500, MAX AC ASSIST AC mod, Diy Twin tymar, TS chip, Powerslots & Hawk pads, ford AIC, ..... with big fat want to list.
