Either the Garrett or Turbonetics should work great. I know alot of people love the GTP38r and hybrid combo. Which could be the route I'm lookin at eventually.

I have the TN BB and it is awesome. Lights fast, cool EGT's and no hint of surge. Do you have plans on injectors in the future?

i cant really answer that question because i dont know lol since theres a slight idea in my mind i would say yes but the only thing that worries me about injectors is too high egts towing

the TN BB works well with stock injectors. I have even ran it on the stock tune for a long time and it is still better than the stock turbo.

If you're that tired of surge - go with a turbo that is incapable of doing it.

turbonetics

BTW - the TN BB and hybrid combo was awesome before my truck blew up!

Re: d66, turbonetics, or garrett bb

go witht he garrett BB or the TN bb, u cant go wrong. If you go with injectors later on, u shouldnt worry about EGTs. Everyone i have talked to says their EGTs are very manageable. there are alot of garretts out there with no problems and there getting to be more and more TN BBs out there too. Both are great turbos.

Re: d66, turbonetics, or garrett bb

Remove the turbocharger and re-route the exhaust straight from the manifolds.

I guarantee you it won't surge. Or wait, did you also want to haul ass? Well, in that case making sure it's absolutely impossible for the truck to surge might not be all you should be looking at, cause that's N/A. 100% impossible for it to surge N/A.

None of the drop in units should give you trouble in a street class. There's more than enough information on all of the offerings for you to scope through.
