isspro trans temp

i want to buy one. whos got the best deal on them. (white face red pointer)
also is the trans like the pyro does it have that box thing?

Yes, the tranny has the amp box as well. I would give Dieselmanor a call, about the best deal on Isspros you can get.

csipsd where did u put the tranny box on ur old set up. can i put it under the hood. my pyro box is under the dash. i want to redo it make it look cleaner.

You could mount it under the hood, but it would need to be in a well protected area. I mounted mine to the fire wall, above the brake peddle. and then ran the Pyro and tranny probes thru the auto tranny cable gromet.

I just bought my gauges from diesel manor and they are really nice and I mounted the trans amp box under the dash with the pyro amp box.
Love them

i hate the fact that you have to extend the wires. its such a pita, and why do they have to have the stupid amp box?

The amp box is going away with the new gauge versions. It was previously there to allow a full sweep gauge using air-core meter movements. With modern surface mount components the same thing could be accomplished within the gauge housing, but we have chosen to go with stepper motor movements with our new gauge lines, for the increased accuracy.

So are you saying that in the regular EV series gauges that the brain boxes are gone. If that is the case how soon till those are available?
