Need Fuel Pressure

Looking @ F.A.S.S. 150/180 Fuel System

Anybody with a 7.3 have an aftermarket fuel system? I want to speak to you...

I have all that stuff. So far so good. I have a FASS 150/180 installed by DI and a complete regulated fuel system with fuel bowl delete. Pretty sweet, Im glad I did it and I have had no problems so far. Alsmost a year now with the FASS.

2000 F250 4x4. Full motor build from SWAMPS.. Bcode injectors, gt42 turbo and all the other crap that goes with it.

Marty, build your own like I did. I have herd that the FASS is a good unit. and the Airdog with a good high pressure pump is also been reported to work well.

fuel air separation system (FASS) separates the little air that still remains in your diesel fuel causing less wear and tear on the injectors and increasing horse power.

Sleeping Beauty early 99 F-350 stage 2 intake, 4in exhaust, DP tuner, 180cc injectors, 17 degree hpop and BTS transmission.

FASS uses very common thread/gasket diameters for the filter and water separator so there is a wide range of filters that you can use. FASS works well and will produce more than enough fuel for the 7.3.
