I have a 2001 F250 w/ the 7.3 and sometimes the truck will stall randomly. It will happen when the truck is shifted into a gear. Often from reverse to drive but other times it will stall in intersections as well
. It does have a 4 position TS chip. I recently took it into a shop so they can run some codes and they came out with a "PCM Failure" code. Is it possible for the truck to run and still have PCM
failure or does the PCM
either work or completely fail. Regardless, I feel that this is an issue with the chip or its installation and will be removing it in the meantime. Just was wondering what your guys' opinions/comments were.
