Need help Fluid from tailpipe and rough idle after injectors were installed

Well I worked all day and finally got my truck put back together. I did everything by the book. Removed injectors sent them to Rosewood. Got my Stage 2's back installed them, no glow plugs in, then purged cylinders until just a fine mist blew out. I then buttoned everything back up. Installed used 47k mile van turbo. Got it all back together and it took about 5 minutes before she rolled over. It blew blackish white smoke for a minute then cleared up. I let it idle for 2 minutes then shut it off. Waited a minute then started it back up. It took a few tries but it turned over. Blew more white then black this time then cleared up. I then let it run for about 5 minutes then shut it down. The whole time it shakes a little... nothing crazy but it is a noticable shake. I then started it again and drove it around and around my block for about 10 miles. Still blew some white smoke but would clear up from time to time. Not a whole lot of smoke but it was still there. I pulled back into my driveway and shut it down. Got back out and did a walk around. I noticed black liquid dripping out of my tailpipe. It did not really have a smell that I could put my finger on... maybe diesel fuel? Anyway it still shakes and there is fluid in the tailpipe. Anyone know what is going on?

Stuff I did was:
-Rosewood Stage 2 Single Shots 160cc/80%
-47k mile Van turbo with adapter
-BTS Valve Body
-BDP custom tunes on TS style chip

BTW I don't know whats going on with BDP but I have placed like 15-20 calls to them today and not one time did anyone answer the phone.

why would the title of this thread be named "BDP wont answer the phone" that's not even relevant to your problem, you have a misc fluid dripping from your tailpipe and the first person you call is your tuner..not hard parts such as injectors..but tuning..

I personally wouldnt have started it up then shut it down, then restart it again then shut it down. start it up let it idle for a few, rev it some then take her for a spin to get the air out.

This is my first time working on diesels. I contacted Strictlydiesel and I explained the problem and they said it was in the tuning. Thats why I am pissed because they told me it is most likely split shot tunes for single shot injectors.

First of all drive it like you stole it before you try assessing any problems which of none you have probably. Secondly BDP is extremely busy this time of year plus if you called in the middle of the day they, like the rest of us, like to eat lunch. If you leave them a voicemail they will get back to you. Highly doubt it has anything to do with your chip anyway.

When I first purged the cylinders I had about 6-8 oz of coolant blow out of one of the holes. I then waited 10 minutes and tried it again and no more coolant.

Re: Need help Fluid from tailpipe and rough idle after injectors were installed

Yeah man like I said they get really swamped heck they even posted on here awhile back that they needed extra help. I'm sure if it's their tunes they'll make it right but make sure you drive that truck like ya stole it before you do anything. Most likely it will smooth out.

I retitled this thread to better reflect the issues at hand. I am also curious if you left a message or just kept on calling.
