Will ASB pass for 2.8class?

Ok guys im really wanting to make some bigger pulls this year but my ASB seems very border line on passing for a 2.8 class.... I've asked around and have heard some people say it will make a 2.8 class and others have said no way possible... so will it make the cut or not this question going out to anyone whos actually had one measured with a plug or at least seen one being measured!?

heres a pic comparing the ASB to an H2e and a Stocker for those who have never seen one....

Looks similar to a A5000, so I think it will. Why not just measure it?

Cut a piece of something to 2.8" long and try and stick it in, if it will not pass through you are good to go. I think we measured Bryan's a couple years ago and it just squeaked by...

Re: Will ASB pass for 2.8class?

Take the compressor cover off and measure two ajacent blade tips with a caliper. Also measure the inlet of the housing to make sure it isn't bigger than 2.8. But usually they use a 2.85 plug, so you might be able to get buy with a hair bigger.
