I need to know what this part is it is being fed from the mechanical vacuum pump and has a metal brake line that comes off of the brake master cylinder it also has something to do with the clutch

So what year truck. I'm guessing 94.5-97. I have no idea what that part is. @masakimm do you know.

My guess is it's not related and you have bad bushings in the pedal box.

Re: Manual Transmission shifting problems

Well if it has a mechanical vacuum pump it has to be an obs. The only thing I know of over there is the vacuum warning buzzer but it shouldn't have a brake line going to it it should all be vacuum lines. It also should not have anything to do with the clutch. the pictures are hard to tell what exactly it is.

Give it to Mikey. He won't eat it he hates everything. Hey Mikey!! He Likes It.

Re: Manual Transmission shifting problems

Clutch master has nothing to do with the brake master
The orange thing with holes in it looks homemade
Like Mikey said, better pictures are needed

Would also be a help to tell what the shifting problems are???????
