Hutch mod questions

Hi guys, I’m not new here I just had to make a different account because I can’t remember my password and my email changed about 3 years ago. Anyways, I have some questions about the hutch mod. I want to do it and put a pre pump filter on but was wondering if a heated filter can be had? I have seen pictures of people gelling in cold weather at the pre pump filter. I live in a cold place and regularly see negatives in the winter. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Hutch mod questions

Yeah there are a few heated filter heads. They are not cheap though. In my opinion it's not needed if you run the proper amount of fuel treatment when you fill up. I live in western Colorado and I haven't had any issues.

I was wondering if there is any heated water separator screens. I think that would be a good option pre pump then post pump I can do my 2 micron filter and hopefully not have to heat that one as the heat from the first should flow threw. Does anyone know of a product they can point me towards?
