Afe momentum vs s&b 2002 7.3

New to the forum but what is everyone’s suggestions on the afe or s&b on a 2002 7.3

S&B seems to have one of the better filters out there. Just bought one of these, pretty happy with it so far.

Afe's filters are top notch I know for a fact. But, I suppose it comes down to price at the end.

Shoulda bought a Cummins.

my opinion is they are both a waste of money. get a 6637 filter and cover from RiffRaff diesel and a piece of 4 inch pipe and save yourself $200

I just installed the S&B intake and I'm really happy with it, clean finish well made and the filter is HUGE!!!!!

2001 7.3L CCSRW 4X4 Lariat
Airaid intake

Same, I know it could be done cheaper but I like the way the airbox is made.........

i have an afe stage 2.....pro guard dry filter with pre cleaner and have never had any issues in 6 years. i just vac it off every 6 months.
