Uprated pushrods & valve springs

We have a 2002 model in the workshop, HP has been increased, is it possible to get uprated push rods and valve springs? If so who can we purchase from? From New Zealand and can't find much info on this scenario.

Re: Uprated pushrods & valve springs

HP has increased how much?

Guys seem to really like the Comp 910 valve springs, and I have 7/16" Chromoly pushrods from Manton Pushrods in Lake Elsinore, CA.

Hope this helps.
