head studs- arp or h-11's

what is the best one to go with and why.

1999.5 f350 xlt 4x4-afe stage ii intake, wicked wheel, 4" hog performance exhaust, dp tuner chip, 8" lift with 40's, arb's front and back, etc.

2002 excursion limited 4x4- afe stage ii intake, 4" hog performance exhaust, and dp tuner f5 chip

2005 vw jetta tdi- q loader chip for now

H-11 are the stronger ones.. i have seen 45 lbs of boost lots of times no problmes..

Been running ARP's on my truck with great success.

I have been told H-11's are stronger though.

1999.5 F-250 7.3l 4x4 6 spd Ported Heads, Head studs, valve springs, DI Push Rods, DI RR, 38R, Walbro fuel pump, 238cc Injectors from Nate @ Unlimited Diesel and Tuned by Matt @ Gearhead Automotive

Just comparing the numbers and theoretical pressures that our heads are exposed to, they should both hold anything we can throw at them, right?
