Building an Intake Y

Just a few questions:

What radius of 3" 90* pipe is needed
How many ports are required for the map and other hookups? And what size are needed.
All help is appreciated. I tried searching but wasn't very successful in my attempt.
Or is it easier to just take the factory one and chop off the hot side and use it?

thats how mine is setup, just cut the stock one and throw the top piece in the scrap pile... my turbo compressor outlet goes straight into my intercooler pipe... it is an diffrent pipe than the oe one also.....

For a 3" 90* to fit between the intake plenums, you need a 3" radius bend.

Re: Building an Intake Y

That looks very clean. Does it destroy the other half? THat would make it easy for the early guys to convert to late.
