order of operations

okay so I have finally gatherd all the parts needed to run my hybrids,( studs springs pushrods) im goingto be doing it all sometime soon, just wondering how I should go about tackling it all first, like do i do the studs first or the injectors ect. as for explinations on how to do it all I will use the search function. thanks in advance

You have to pull the injectors to change the studs. So start with the studs then put the springs and push-rods in then lastly put your injectors in. Pull the glow plugs turn the engine over ( with the valve covers set in place) a couple times, reinstall glow plugs and reassemble the rest of the engine.

While you're at it might as well inspect and/or replace your GP's, UVCH and install clips since everything is apart and the parts are not that expensive.

install clips? and yea i was planning on replacing the glow plugs also since im there aynway.

as long as you have the right tools and don't loose or break nothn'

have lots of knuckle bandaids..and i get a quarter for every cuse word used durring the swap., and $1.50 if you use more then 6 in one sentence.

You would be a rich man if you were collecting those fees in my shop last weekend...... Damn rusty OBS trucks twisting every bolt you touch in two....

I am doing all of that plus installing an H2E and a valve body. Plan on having it done on a Saturday, maybe a little bit of Sunday.
