Re: Chip Burner

Depends what ya want, TS Based Chips? I can buy em from my suplier all day long, They even come with the standard off the shelf ts tuning, Or your tuner can email you files to upload to the chip with your own burner

Re: Chip Burner

Im just lookin to see what we could get one for, Im fixin to try some other tunes. And with singles in my truck, you know they run like shiz without tuning. Alot of my buddies have been gettin there chips retuned, it would be nice to just get them emailed to me, instead of sending out the chip, and waiting. Ive gotta find a TS or other flip chip i can get burned before i get rid of my DP, so im not without my truck. Just out tryin to get a ballpark figure together, before i jump in head first.

Re: Chip Burner

bill @ PHP sells them as a set. Chip with custom tunes and burner. Then you could try his tunes or anyone else. You could also see if the tuner you plan to use, if different, could do something similar. It saves a good amount of time from having to mail back and forth, the rough handling in transit, allows you to keep an unlimited inventory of tunes, and not limited to the 6 the chip can hold.

Re: Chip Burner

I do not think that is ready yet. If it was I am sure it would be talked up.

Not "anyone." I have PHP tunes and a burner. A few weeks back I ran into a problem with receiving and burning Matt's tunes. Maybe he can explain more. I'm not that smart....

Re: Chip Burner

Hmmm that's odd. They are both TS chips and the burner would be the same, I would think. Now maybe it was tunes for two dif PCM versions. What exactly was the issue you ran into?
