Why is it that whenever someone is selling a used 38r they always ONLY have around 2000 miles. Good deal though.

Thought the 38R could only be rebuilt by Garrett?

THere is a bearing pack you can buy I believe. Not cheap though. Seen it posted about on here

Don't you have to buy a whole cartridge for it? Last I heard they were around $1400.

That is kinda what he said, don't know how that would be relevant in his ad unless he was simply stating that he knows what a good condition turbo feels like? Either way, good deal. Close to me too.

I think that is what he was saying...
He has rebuilt turbos and this one looks good.

Usually 38rs are a lil loose without oil from what I remember.
