thats like 20 min from my house and that guy allways has big hp stuff for deisels and mostly 7.3 stuff in craiglist

Yes he's legit, that's a killer deal on a set of DI headers, he's also got a big DIIC he only wants a grand for. Both have only been on his truck since March/April, probably less than 1000 miles. But, what do I know . Sounds like someone needs crimas money.

I assume these have to be DIs right? Anyway to tell if there ceramic coated they dont look like they are but hard to tell

No they are not. If they were coated they don't have a shine. Just a slight polish. The ceramic color is like a dirty chrome.
