i posted a thread about coolant in my fuel filter housing, i've since pulled all 8 injector cups. one had a 3/4 inch crack in it. anyways i'm getting ready to put it back together and i'm going to replace the injectors since i'm already there. the truck is a 2003 spd auto with 215k miles. any ideas and suggestions would be great thanks

What mods do you have, (present/future), are you towing?

I got mine from Full force Diesel. Stage 1s. im towing and daily driving.

i sold my edgeevo 2 programmer and sold my propane kit. has 4 inch straight pipe, diy intake, atock turbo and trans, 38's on 18's 4.56 gears, tow daily drive, planned on getting single shots so i got rid of the programmer the most i tow is 6-7k

whats your goal with the truck. daily driver with a lil get up, drag racer, sled puller, tow horse?

That will have a lot to do with what people will recommend for you.

i plan on daily driving my truck every day, i tow a rock crawler that is about 6k lbs with the trailer, i want more power and not so much race but haul when i pull up next to a dodge ha ha, i read on here it was better to have a bigger injector tuned down than smaller injectors working at almost max capacity, i was thinking hybrids with the right tuning and 40% nozzle. I need to order injectors this week so i can get my truck put back together asap thanks for the advice it is very helpful

what do you have for a turbo?

its bone stock for the moment but i figured that tuned down hybrids with a 40% nozzle would give me decent power over stock and later i could grow with them when i want to go bigger, different nozzles and turbo upgrade or even twins, thats what i would like but thats why i'm on here asking you guys for advice and help maybe you know more than i do

The 80% nozzle is a newer design than the old 40% extrude hone (if that's what you are referring to) and does better on both mileage and power. PM me if you want my personal recommendation(s) and prices.

hybrids & twins for an 03 7.3 sounds prudent...





a set of 175 singles with stock nozzles would do all that your rods can handle...

why you say that? twins on a pmr motor?
