fuel system question

Is the stock fuel pump big enough to feed 238/80 injectors?. I will be doing a regulated return but didn't know if that would be enough. Truck is also getting a d66 turbo.

This will get you started:

Welcome to guzzle's Ford PSD Web Pages

You can install a Bosch -044 in place of the stock pump.

Re: fuel system question

I think you'll be pushing it. I have a pump feeding each head and personally I think that's the way to.go. my 2 cents. Why a d66? That's a lot of fuel for a small turbo.

I think you will definitely see a fuel pressure drop. Dual stock pumps would be a good route.

Also, 238/80's and a D66 might not be the best combo. A lot of guys have issues with smoke, lag, and EGT's running a D66 with larger injectors. Look at the H2E kit (we have it on our site HERE). While it does cost more, it is a much better choice and you will be a lot happier with the drive-ability of the truck.
