7.3L HPOP seals keep blowing

I have an '02 7.3L with some light mods and I have blown two sets of seals within the last year. I assume it is from the chip, intake, and exhaust I have put in. I was looking at all the high performance HPOP's out there and have narrowed it down to the Adrenaline or Terminator T500. My question is, if I replace the pump, will I still blow seals? The seals don't really have anything to do with the pump, or is the pump having too much pressure causing the seals to blow? I believe that you still have to purchase a seal kit even if I were to buy the adrenaline pump. If so, which seals are the best? anyone heard of vitron diesel seals? Thanks!

What "seals" are you referring to? The injector o rings?

Yes, which seals? If your talking about the O rings on the discharge ports, I replace all of them and reseal the fittings. But you must send your fittings with the pump. They will not leak, after I seal them.

Last time it was the o rings around the fittings, I am not sure, but I think this is the issue again. It doesn't look like the seal at the bottom of the pump.

Anything with an o ring seal like that can easily be overtightned, and tear the o ring. That could be your issue, if that's where it's leaking from.

correct..if its the #6 o-ring seals on teh pump lines/fittings...then you've most likely over tightened the fitting, and stretched the aluminum threads in the pump...once the threads are jacked...the pump will have to be repaired or replaced.

it seems without fail people will try and tighten a leaking oring fitting. weird how a cut oring doesnt seal any better when its over torqued
