Re: GT4294R

Very nice... writing up some questions/suggestions...

How do you disconnect the drain line from the block? Looks like you'd have to do it by the pushlok fitting between the housings (PITA) in the truck.

Hard line looks good, but I had a problem w/ the stock H2E 5/16" line. It had some horizontal C in it to allow for some up and down movement. I replaced it with a -6 AN stainless steel line.

It looks very nice. Clean and of course the turbo is nice

How do you disconnect the drain line from the block? You slide the drain fitting in with hose on it and hook up the JIC fitting in the back. Although the fitting in the fuel pump hole looks like a 45* is is a modified 45 and is more like 55*. The distance there or lack of is a PITA, but hooking it up is easy! Looks like you'd have to do it by the pushlok fitting between the housings (PITA) in the truck.

I just like the SS tubing better, will prolly do the drain that way in time again to the new fitting in the fuel pump hole.

Thanks Marty!

Re: GT4294R

Your intakes look a little restrictive , and it seems that your engine placement is a little far back

but the turbo looks sweet

Man that thing looks sweet! Now I want one. I could trade you my H2 kit, but you'd need to come up w a bit on top to make it worth my wild.
I think you should let me test it for you

How do you think that thing would run w 250/80 birds?

I think Deputydog is running 250/80s. Netted him 560 something with that turbo.

Looks like a very nice piece!! Would you use the water ports on the turbo too?
