I am using Detroit lockers front and rear now, but I'm starting to work on another project and looking for other options.
I read about the ECT locker and it sounds pretty cool. It works as a LS until you activate the unit. Then it turns into a full locker, just like the ARB. I like this over the ARB because it isn't open on the street like the ARB. It is also electrically controlled so there any chance on air system leaks like you could get w the ARB.
Has anybody tried this unit? If so what kind of luck do you have w it?
I remember looking at those when they came out. If were talking about the same one, Auburn is the manufacturer. They also are not available for out axles, atleast last I looked. It seems to be a good idea though.
Is there a locker equivalent to the Detroit tru-trac locker for the front?
