Nozzel upgrades, 230/238s

I have to pull my injectors, And sence there out they have the stock nozzles that go on when you get stage 3s. What type of benifit would one see if they were to upgrade the stock nozzels that come with the hybrids?

What do you mean by stock nozzles? When were they built and by whom? Older hybrids had 30% EH stock nozzles.

Stock nozzles being the nozzles that come with the stage 3 injectors when you buy them. These are older ones made by dieselsite back in the day when they sold injectors.

IDK... contact whomever you purchased them from, as I don't know when most people started using the newer 80-100 percent nozzles.

I believe that Bob sells Industrial's injectors. If that is correct, then I would say that they are likely 30% Extrude Honed nozzles. I had that verified a while ago by Jim @ Extude hone, Stock flowed 1.055 kg/m and Industrials flowed 1.296 kg/m

I would say that with the proper tuning you could easily upgrade to an 80% nozzle and see more power with less smoke than the 30%'s. Been there, done that.

I love 80% nozzles.... perfect compromise between smoke, economy, and power for a street truck.

I'm running 238cc hybrids with 80% nozzles from Nate with a 38r and Matts tuning and love them.

I dont think you will see over 500 but it would be close.
