Any body make 300% over nozzles??

Just what the title says I'm torn between getting 200% overs that get EH'd or take the plunge to 400% overs on a daily driver. They will only be for a few months and i don't care about mileage issues. Might want to tug on a sled or to but that's it. They're for 275cc big oils with no mods done to them with a S475 turbo. Is there a middle ground sized nozzle like 300% overs. little help please

Anything over 100% for a DD is too big, IMHO.

We can get you any size you want. Our nozzles are being drilled, instead of EDM or EH. We use brand new nozzles for this process.

IMHO, If the tuning is done properly you could run a 600% nozzle and it would be fine for daily driving.

Re: Any body make 300% over nozzles??

It all depends on what you are willing to put up with for a DD...... 200% is fine IMO but 400% gives some tiny little issues that are somewhat annoying for a perfectionist like myself.... I like my cruise control! 400% and cruise control is a challenge but the smoke is minimal with my tuning and 400%. The fuel shots are just so large that it's hard to keep a steady engine output at low pulsewidths.

Re: Any body make 300% over nozzles??

Of course I have the STFU mods on my 455s so the first part of the injection event can be somewhat violent...... You'll start putting the fire out and cooling if you command too much fuel on my setup without the nitrous.
