Exhaust Brake...Whats the Sh**???
i'm in the market for an exhaust brake whats the best out there for my truck I've heard banks, BD, us gear. just wondering whats gonna be the best buy before i dump that much cash on one
'02 ext. cab short bed 6 spd.ts chip, fass 150, boost fooler, wicked wheel, custom intake, 4in. straight pipe, southbend clutch on the way.

I have a Pacbrake that I will let go fairly cheap. I recommend you do your homework on adding exhaust brake to an engine that was not designed to operate with an exhaust brake. Valve to piston contact may result and high exhaust back pressure on a turbo that already has really high drive pressure. Just my two cents.

To be honest, i have had a pacbrake in one of my trucks and it wasnt as good as the one you already have on your truck now through your ebpv. I really didnt see any advantages over the pac brake vs the stock brake.

I have a brand new US Gear 4" exhaust brake sitting in a box that I never installed that I need to get rid of. Its taking up space on the shelf.

I have a BD exhaust brake i just removed from my truck works excellent. will sell complete with compressor and all wiring. $500.00

i would just use the free one that came factory... You can wire the EBPV to open and close with a switch.
