fuel sytem help

im building a fuel system for my truck right now from the tank to my regulated return line kit. this is what i got so far fabbed up a fuel sump then i got a fleet guard fuel water seperator and one of there 2 micron filter for the bowl delete. i using 6 an push lock hose and fittings for the rr kit on the engine but my question is what size line should a run from the tank to the filters and pump. and should i up size the return line to a 6an. i still got the stock pump for right now because it still works but will get a walbro when needed

Use a 5/8" line from the sump to the filters, then 1/2" or 3/8" from the filters to the engine. You should probably upgrade the return to 3/8" IMO. For the return hose, you can get by with some SAE 30R6 hose since there is not any pressure on it to speak of.
