All you 600hp guys...

Which head studs are you guys using? ARP or H-11 Why one or the other?

H-11's.. They are stronger and mine came off Blowby's truck so they gotta make me faster.

I am also using H-11's because they are stronger!! But nothing wrong with ARP's, im got them in my daily driver, but its only about 400hp, for the big horsepower, i would go with the H-11's

i got arp's cause i got em for 250 bucks. when i put them in the current motor is was the forth time they have been in and are holding 50psi of boost fine. i may go w/ h-11's on the motor build, have not decided.

thanks guy i was just curious i was told not to waste my time with the ARP's i have 300cc inj. and mounting an S475 turbo as we speek

The first use they are equal but the ARP's stretch and inevitably you will have the motor apart again and will need to retorque your head studs and the ARPs would be compromised where-as the H-11s would not be.

Better to go w/ the H-11s.

thats what i was thinking, will the ARP's hold up to 50+psi. for a long period of time or will they eventually stretch
