AFE intake filter

This is probably a stupid question but i was wondering if you can replace the intake filter off a stage II intake with a paper filter or anything else?? thanks guys

Are you trying to get away from an oiled filter?
AFE has a 5 layer dry filter that is a direct fit for the AFE Stage II.
I am using the AFE Pro 5R oiled and while it is getting cleaned I will use the AFE 5 layer dry while waiting on the cleaning on the oiled one.

yeah ias going to do that i need one while i clean the other and plus sometimes i forget to get the re-charge kit. thanks i will get in touch with him thanks
