New fuel system complete

Finally got it done! I used the 5/8 pickup tube from itp and ran 5/8 line to the water seperator/filter then to a 41401 fuel lab pump. From there on I used 1/2 to itp's fuel bowl delete. Then ran a 3/8 return line. I was really suprised at how loud the pump is, sounds kinda cool tho. To those wondering about how to wire these pumps, I feel pretty confident that the factory wiring is up to the task. After I completed this I checked the amp draw on the pump and at 60 psi the pump pulled 9.5 amps. The factory wiring/relay is a 20 amp setup, guess time will tell.

That looks badass!! I wish I had the nuggets to pull off some custom fabs like that. Granted I look at close to bone stock motors at work (6.0L... ) but this looks soo cool! Is there anyway you could email me with parts and stuffs? I would be eternally grateful

Re: New fuel system complete

Looks just like my airdog II setup, but I also used half inch from the tank to the pump.

BTW - is the line on the driver side of the top of the HPOP res. an "extra" oil feed line off the top of the head?

Its an aux. feed line coming from the port on the oil cooler. I was having some issues with it running rough after a WOT run when I added that

Re: New fuel system complete

mine runs low after a WOT run also. I wanted to run a aux line from somewhere but am already using the one off the block behind the cooler for my turbo.
