I just finished the install on my CMGS stage three kit. I added the flow sensor, solenoid and 3 port manifold. I am using a single 250 psi pump and 3 250cc nozzles. 1 in each runner of the Y and the last nozzle just before the Y.

I set the program to run off boost and EGT. The system will come on at 50% when I hit 12 psi and 1050EGT. The system reached 100% at 25 psi and 1300EGT. I set it to come on at 50% because I wanted to make sure the nozzles were atomizing well. Also, because I used 3 nozzles instead of 2.

I've been playing w it for a couple of days, and I almost think that I should get more water. WOT, I got past 1500EGTs. I am going to do a couple more runs to see how high the EGTs get, but I'd like to keep them around 1450-1500 max at WOT.

I am thinking of getting another 250 psi pump, a 30 psi hobs switch, and switch it from the dash to a relay. On this pump, I'd run another 2 nozzles before the Y. I'm not sure if I should use 250cc nozzles or go bigger.

Any suggestions/ ideas?

I'd like to hear what kind of water setups people are using, and what size nozzles.

So i'm the only one using water?

I found with the snow stage 3, to just keep going up with the nozzle size till you get a bucking... then back it down a size, you could also plumb a PSI gauge in to your feed pump, if the PSI is holding then no need for a nother pump, just bigger nozzles

with my 6.0 and 225's I will go through 5 gallons of water to 20 gallons of fuel

This is on my DD/ tow pig. I'll try putting a gauge in the line just before the manifold. I looked in the tank and it's diffenately using water. I just don't want to inject too much. I've been kinda conservative so far. Also, I'm only using water. No meth!

How many nozzles has anybody used w one CM 250psi pump?
