200-230-250cc single shot ???s
whos running 200-230-250cc single shots? got a few ?s. i know there touchy and run ruff but how they do with the cruse set? loaded or unloaded. ganna get a set of swamps 250s or a set of elite 230-250s next week. got the money just cant make my mind up what i want. figured id ask ya guys what ya thought. its a 01 with gay rods and an automatic trans. i got a 38r and gen 3 will be after the injectors. its a daily driver that tows very lilttle but id like to have around 500hp. the heads are ported and i have 910 springs with pushrods.

Talk to Matt @ Gearhead Automotive. I have 238cc hybrids from Nate and Matt's tunes and they are not "touchy" or "run ruff" and work great.
I don't know about making 500hp on PMR's you can try it. I know Matt has some good tunes for PMR trucks making some good power. Just talk to him and see what he says.

i got a set of forged rods for it just havent put them in yet. how ya get 238cc?

The same way you get 200s, 230s, or 250's 
In all seriousness 238's is derived from using an uncut intensifier piston, where the 200 or the 250 would be a cut piston...

230cc A codes mine sounds like chit at idle they are kinda noisy ! But it runs good and with a decent daily tune I will be happy, just too damn smokey for my taste, More wind would help me a bunch but that will have to wait a month or two.

Monday I will address the tunes !I have a tune on the PCM right now ! Atleast it is not touchy its smooth it is just kinda smokey I totally fawked this dude up in traffic the other day I needed over he kept on trying to keep pace,I had enough and rugged it and well lets say i got the highbeam flash and I think I even saw the poor mofo turn on his wipers . Not cool and not what I want for putting around running . I know there is a hapy medium somewhere out there. I think if I get more oil and get it tuned for such it will be real nice to drive. I do need to step up in the turbo but I have no real aspirations of much over 425 so I am thinking d66 .

What turbo are you running now? Stock?
I know with my 238's and stock turbo it was a little smoky. But with Matt's tunes he if VERY good at keeping the smoke down and the power up.
With the 38r there is almost no smoke once it spools up. and the DD setting there is no smoke at all.
