Re: boost and egt's on my 02 7.3

I bury my 35 psi boost guage so no help there. EGT's will go as far as you let them.

Back to stock for now.

Re: boost and egt's on my 02 7.3

you should be pushing around 30psi on a stock turbo. and your egt's shouldn't go above 1200 because any higher then you can start to have severe engine damage

e99 F250 a few extras

30 PSI stock? I only push 15 stock, and from what I hear that is not uncommon...

Re: boost and egt's on my 02 7.3

If you are only pushing 15 psi with a tuner of any sort, you need to be looking at your up pipes and intercooler boots for leaks. 25 psi should be no problem.

early '99 converted to late '99 F-350 dually, 4x4, 4 door, long bed, 6 speed. Midwest transmissions 05+ zf-6 transmission with their short throw shifter and SB clutch. Rosewood 180cc singles with 80% nozzles, Termy modded 17* HPOP, International bellowed up pipes, fs-2500, DP Tunes.
