Ummm, NO. If they are inverted, they are bad and need to be replaced. Blocks never go up front. Just get the X-codes and be done. They will actually give you about a 2inch lift over stock springs. If you need anymore then get as hanger kit. You'll need shocks and adjustable trac bar, or trac bar bracket. Also gonna need a set of u-bolts.
