Need a lot of help

Hey guys I'm writing on here for support and help any would be greatly appreciated. This is my story my grand father is 93 years old he has been a ford guy from day one. He is starting to go down hill fast had to be taken to the hospital for a pace maker, he had one wish to ride in my 600 hp 7.3. I started a build on it to make 600hp list of stuff fuel lab system with reg return, spr 1.1, s468,and 300/200, ported heads comp 910 spring and head studs thought I was in good shape till I found that it has a broke piston and bent rod. I only wanted to build this for my grandfather. Now I have a baby on the way and it's not looking possible to get this done for him which really sucks family is everything. So if you could help or have any support please do. It would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Re: Need a lot of help

there are used engines out there for under a grand complete, after you sell the accessories plus turbo, injectors, hpop then the long block is basically free

Re: Need a lot of help

Its easier to swap long blocks or short blocks than to swap a rod and piston. At least you'll know its balanced that way.

That's over 3k just for that.... Plus pistions, balancing, machine work ect. The cheapest thing would be get a used long block and put your go fast parts on it.

1997 F-250, D60, 8in lift/38s, OUO ladder bars, BTS, Spearco 6.0 IC, SRP 1.1, Irate 468 turbo, Dyno proven tunes, P.I.S 300/200s, ARPs/910s/Smith bros push rods, A1000/sump.
