200cc nozzels I hand honed the injector barrels .030 bigger than the stock and ground the pistons from tungston rods that i bought for crank balancing so I dont know what 200/200 stands for

we do (but maybe built a touch differently than the OP did)

just choose the 200% nozzle option (no change in price/warranty)

200cc Hybrid Injectors (Hot Street) - Swamps Diesel Performance

our 200/200s are bad mothers...550rwhp on a stock HPOP.

Re: how much power

I purchased my nozzels from dcp on line didnt really want to try drilling holes in the nozzels in my mill so i bought them and laped and ground every joint in them not sure if they needed that but figured wouldnt hurt.took a old head cut it in half made some mods to it so I could test them made a coupling to fit a spare hpop drove it with a electric motor to get pressure on the oil side of injector the got a electric feul pump and regulator set it to 50 psi and energized the coil on the injector and caught the fuel it sprayed in a container and measured it with a surenge ceck one of the factory injectors figure some percentages and figure they should work we will see

Re: how much power

Home made injectors with dpc nozzles, I'm surprised it even runs. HP will depend on tuning, hpop and fuel pump health
