filled block

Just wondering who all has done it?
how far it is usually safe to fill?
and what was used?
and any pics?

It will never see any street time as i'm thinking of building a 2wd puller for the local 2wd gas/diesel class. Just for something to play around with since i don't really pully my other truck anymore.

I would like to thank F.A.S.T. for helping with the 2008 pulling season.
For all your fire service repair and fabrication needs. Will travel.

Re: filled block

Too late to edit.

I also forgot to add this. I would assume that you can't pull the engine, fill the block and reassemble without having the line bore and cylinders bored?

I was thinking about maybe pulling and filling it while i had it apart for head gaskets and other work.
