Over boost problems

Have a Diesel Site boost relief valve & only works half the time& go's de- fuel check light on. Only trying to run about 30 psi boost. Any ideas? its on a 2000 7.3

what tuner are you running? Are you sure it is an overboost code and not an ICP code?

try some wd-40 on it every oil change, I see over 30# boost without issue

some of the popoffs also don't like to be rubbing other stuff under the hood if it interferes with the free movement of the popoff valve.

you could try a dry lube .

Early 99 f350 4x4 crew cab, auto. pmt2 pcm
2001 cup holder ,T500, MAX AC ASSIST AC mod, Diy Twin tymar, TS chip, Powerslots & Hawk pads, ford AIC, ..... with big fat want to list.
