Im looking at replaceing my stock H2E with the Hypermax 71mm turbo, and throwing a big set of hybrids in.... Would 250cc be to much ?

Mostly a street/strip toy truck but if the time comes It should be able to tow 5-7k comfortably

Re: 71mm with hybrids

It would work okay I think. That's what size the GT4294 is and I know it works well with hybrids.

Re: 71mm with hybrids

How much are you looking to spend on that turbo? Is it on their website? I have some mod options for your stock H2E that would really make it an awesome setup for street and strip.....

I can also spec you a complete package....

I am running a sledgehammer with 250's. i can see not towing much but 5-7k dont sound bad. It spools quick!

Re: 71mm with hybrids

The Sledgehammer is a bit bigger right ? its 76mm, so a 71mm would lite a bit faster but not have as much up top in comparison right ?

Re: 71mm with hybrids

Yes that is what i hear in comparison. For my injectors i was gonna run either a modded h2e, (which is the 71mm?correct? is the regular h2e like 66 or 68?) or the sledge, but you have lots more room to grow with the sledge.

Re: 71mm with hybrids

Ya at first I was thinking going the 66mm route, but Id rather be able to grow into the turbo instead of running it for a few months, beating my head against the wall for having to sell it and upgrade again....
71mm and 250s it shall be....

stock h2 is 62mm IIRC
modded can be 66mm or 71mm
I think s300's can range from 58 to 76mm
