Pics Of New Stuff

The last few weeks ive been working on the truck quite a bit. A friend and I managed to fab a set of driveshaft loops and shields. They took alot of time to make but they turned out awesome on the truck. I dont have any pics of them on the truck just yet. I just painted them today.

I made a 5" intake underneath the hood. It 5" from the turbo to the Filter. I used a Big Afe Filter Part Number 2190041.

Little blurry but you get the idea.

Installed the roll pan. Big thanks to Bigrpwr ( Mike )

Decided to take the 7" Mitre off. To much plumbing with the grand rock kit, I wanted a cleaner look. I installed a 6" X 36" Mitre that i had laying around. Its way to short. I got on my truck twice and it covered the back glass with soot! I will order a longer one soon. The mounting idea came from Maintain. I started with a 8X8 1/4 plate. Cut a 4 in hole in the middle of it and welded a 4inch by 10 long peice of exhaust pipe in the middle of the 8x8 plate. Drilled 4 3/8 holes into the plate and bed. The 90 degree pipe underneath the truck just slides on and clamps. The stack on the top just slides on and also clamps for ease of removal. Very sturdy and clean looking.
