Re: Check This Out

Looking good. Can't wait to see how it works out.

Do you have any number from the stock pump to compare the difference between the 2?

Thanks for putting some pictures in your post. That always makes posts better. Looking forward to your report on the performance of the pump.

Re: Check This Out

I got it in, and heres my first thoughts. After putting in the pump, the truck started perfect. Only took about 4 seconds of cranking. It only ran like crap for about a minute. Probably air in the lines.
No more check engine light on hard acceleration.
I have alot more pedal now on the top end. It pulls alot harder up too 100 mph.
I dont know about the low end yet, the roads are wet from all the snow we got yesterday.
The truck also seems to idle better when I first start it. It would idle rough for about 20 seconds before (kinda shook alittle bit.)
Dont know about mpg yet only have about 30 miles on it.
I will keep you updated when I get the numbers. I will probably be putting it on the scanner next week...................Chad

I am glad you are happy with your purchase that is always a plus. I am especially curious to see what you notice bottom end.

Re: Check This Out

streets are dry now and I got to do a few low end blasts.
First off it does have more on the bottom end. I was hoping to be able to light the tires up from a stand still but no luck.
That being said I seem to have a little turbo lag now. Maybe I just notice it more now. It takes about ten feet, but when the turbo lights now it will spin them a little bit.
So that right there tells me there's more power cause I couldn't do that before...chad
