Question PCM Code

Im about to order my chip and i need the pcm code where is it? i was told its under the hood close to were the pcm connects, on a plate of some type i found a kinda diamond shape plate thats black, above the pcm plug. is this it?

02 F250 cc sb Lariet 4x4.
BTS Transmission installed/tuned by TSD
Autometer Ultralite II Trans,Pyro,Boost.
MBRP 4'' Cool Duals turboback with 5'' tips.
DIY tractionbars with Procomp mounts.
6637/zoodad intake,Drilled/slotted Rotors.

That's not it....

Either remove the black cover on the PCM next to the parking brake mechanism or use a telescoping mini mirror to look at the PCM connector housing towards the fender.....down below and to the left (driver's side) of the master cylinder.

looks like to pull the black cover off i would need to remove the whole pcm(?)...i looked at maintains install vid and i can see where the code would be(i belive) so im gonna give the mirror a shot first. Thanks man.

I'de just yank it out so theres no mistakes,its easier than you might think.(better safer than sorry)
