story and question

posting for a friend..

here is the story
friend buys a, 96 4x4 van with 7.3
glamis drives said van and bags on it's stupid low power level

friend says make it better then,so i order a set of,piller gagues
(yes pyro in in exhaust man)
4'' exhaust
a set of class 5 hybreds
dont know the cc's(yes im smarter now tho..ok)
and i also order him a nice fat H2E.
so we have friends shop stuff it all in.get a chip from jw

the only thing we need to do is ,somehow figure a way to fit an air to air pannel... IMPOSSABLE

and all is ok for the last year,noW he has mega smoke comming fron crank case ventalition

shop says prolly a burnt valve or melted piston

ok here is the 3 questions

# 1 enging comming out is a good time for head studs.so which are best and why, where do we get em

# 2 he acuired a very nice roof rack, where we are going to fab up some ferrings, and install a spearco air to air ,with some electric fans.
pipe them right through the roof ,behind the driver and passenger seats, through the floor to engine
(yes insilate then in cabin from heat and noise)

# 3 besides the way it might LOOK.
what do you think about our air to air placement, and also about the extended lenghth of pipeing
