7.3 up grades how do i do this right?

Ok boys,

iv bought a f-250 with the 7.3 liter it came with 72,000 miles with just one owner. i've had it almost two years this march.i've now got just about 92,000
on it now and i was looking to do some up grades.I was gonna go with AFE stage 2 cold air intake,But as far as the rest im kinda stuck. I know i need exhuast, maybe upgrade stock turbo, gauges,I just don't want to drop a bunch of money in upgrades, and then have to turn around and take a big gunt on injectors, that grunt would hurt! Im very new at this whole upgrade thing and just don't want to be led down the wrong path. Any info would help, like egts would should they run at normal and any other info that i would need to know. thanks

Just dont run your EGTs (pre turbo) over 1200 unless its just a short burst. But i would get guages FIRST! Then Intake AFE or 6637. Exhaust, i would do a 4 inch turbo back. Chip, get some custom tunes from any of the sponsors here, PHP, DP Tuner, DI, TW, Gearhead, And theres a few more that are all great tuners and sponsors here. After that it can start to get pricey, Turbo, Injectors, etc. You could always run a better fuel system (not to pricey).

What year is your truck?

2001 F250
2000 F250
